Penilaian keamanan aplikasi, API, dan infrastruktur, termasuk simulasi serangan (red team). Pengujian hanya dilakukan dengan izin tertulis dan ruang lingkup yang disepakati. Perjalanan sebuah pesan.How a message moves.

  1. DiterimaReceivedPesan masuk lewat webhook resmi. Tanda tangannya diperiksa, lalu pesan masuk antrean supaya tidak hilang saat beban sedang tinggi.Messages come in through the official webhook. We check the signature, then queue the message so nothing is lost when load spikes.
  2. DiprosesProcessedWorker mencari data pengirim di sistem klien melalui agen yang berjalan di jaringan klien. Kata sandi basis data tetap tersimpan di sana.A worker looks the sender up in the client's system through an agent running on the client's network. Database passwords stay on that network.
  3. DikirimSentBalasan keluar lewat gateway atau Cloud API, tergantung jenis pesan dan biayanya. Kalau satu jalur gagal, pesan dikirim lewat jalur lainnya.The reply goes out through the gateway or the Cloud API, depending on the message type and its cost. If one route fails, the other one is used.
